Dr. Andrea Perino

I’m Andrea, a trained conservation ecologist and certified coach.

In workshops, courses and in my coaching I teach people who think for a living how to:
– manage complex, open-ended projects
– communicate clearly when stakes are high
– work productively without burning out
– build careers that don’t collapse under success

Much of my work currently focuses on young researchers, but the skills I teach apply just as much to senior professionals, leaders, and knowledge workers navigating complexity and responsibility.

How I work:
– Workshops for graduate schools, research institutions, and organizations (in-person & online)
– A cohort-based online challenge for final-year PhD researchers who want to finish well (next cohort: Sep 2026)
– 1:1 coaching for people navigating complex, high-responsibility work
